This pneumatic forging hammer is widely used for general Forging works, such as drawing-out, upsetting, punching, chiseling, forge, welding, bending and twisting. It is also used for forge in bolster dies.

Ⅱ.Configuration Introduce
The machine is composed of two compress jar with one pole, double forging hammer. It is driven by motor only, operate the two valves using the foot staff and handle bar implement such function, such as: hang hammerhead in the air, one time shock, continuous shock.
With sample structure, it can be operated, shipped, installed and maintained easily.
Hammer is composed of seven parts, there are hammer body, chopping block, driver, operation, lubricate, electrical equipment, base. |
